TWIN SISTERS

My sister and I were born identical twins -

When we squabble as our kid brother grins,

It doesn't seem to matter who really wins!

I am always aware when for any reason she's sad,

We have a soul connection thru' good and bad -

And when she is happy, well, I am also glad!

When she fell sick with a big tumour, I cried..

She battled a long illness and then survived -

When she recovered, I felt I had revived!

We appear the same, for all the world to see -

And tho' we're as like as peas, this is the key ...

I am indeed glad I am I and she is she ...!!
