Twice A Year

Twice A Year

Twice a year was the wise fear

since you have been beyond a mere shoulder and pillar

When I'm around you.

Twice a year in a spectacular pair my peer

Since you have been foundations of all my verbs

Somewhere deep down.

Twice a year oh my tender dear

Since I yearned life a little fonder than ponder on what it means

Sinking until I'm sunk till clouds collide.

Twice a year more than a cheer

Since I merry with fountain of dream and fragrances of manifestations

The breeze in the backyard I know will treat me tonight.

Twice a year fabrics meant so much more than fashion

Since each thread in intimacy with the needle make perfect stitches of love

Somehow became unimportant when you put ice on my worries.

Twice a year with animals and plants as one

Since I be one and you be the other with no bother

Your footprints were around my heart to ensure my hope heals.
