Truth And Lies

Layer after layer the truth unfolds, 

Stair after stair lies cascade,

Though the lies are old, 

They easily fade. 

As the truth started to unravel, 

The deeply buried lies deepen, 

Innocence, the lies mangle, 

As to seek answers to never-ending questions. 

Truth enmeshed in lies, 

Waiting to escape as time flies.

Enticing the lies seem

Yet spread the truthful beams.

Be it truth or lies, 

All is a game of life.
