Time to Wake Up! Hail- Call for Justice!!

Time to Wake Up! Hail- Call for Justice!!

Who knows, what’s the story behind that night?

When those inhuman hands touched her,

And woke her in fright.

She must have cried;

She must have cried for help in the blur.

But it was all in vain

To reach the deaf ears of the world.

Her suffering,

Her tearful eyes,

Her call for justice,

Someone must have heard her cries.

Someone must have witnessed her bawling that night.

Wasn’t it honestly too much to agonize?

That no one bothered to help her fight.

Why don’t people come forward?

Why don’t they help her?

Don’t they want to eradicate the evil?

Free the world?

Is humanity truly dead?

Do now zombies make up the bed?

Is the world burned in its selfish needs?

Can’t it see her sorrowful eyes?

Can’t it hear her dreadful voice?

That called out for justice once

Is lost in the silence of the dark night.

A living dead drowned in the quarantine of life;

Waiting for death to arrive.

My attempt is only to

Lighten the lamp of HOPE again;

That fell in the morass of power to gain.

To light the wick of humanity

Which was doused in the darkness of night.

She has to get justice for her sanity,

To get back her smile of delight.
