Self distrust me

I lack behind

In my race

In my self being 

In my faith

In my abilities

I end up saying

This is not for me

I believe what they say

I believe their freaked out eyes

When they see my aptitude

I believe their words,

“ oh I never thought you could do this”

And this moment,

I change the thought

Into reality.
