The Wicked And Honest

Wicked people are always starving

Their endless needs make them always hungry 

Wanting more never satisfied

Greedy for what is not even theirs

Craving the things of others

Empty-handed and cold-hearted

They are introverts in everything

In all that they do

Their wicked ways and habits to 

It is a pity that they have everything,

Yet they have nothing

Their cries never end

 

On the other hand, 

The not greedy gentleman,

Never cries of hunger and never tells

He never fears his hunger

But makes what he has to do

And is always satisfied with what he has

Even when he eats an improper meal

He never complains

And never tells anyone that he is hungry

That is why it is said 

That the life of an honest and honourable man

Is the best and always good

Their lives are never incomplete

And never dissatisfied

They are contented with what they have

No matter where they are, 

They will always be there because 

They are guided by conscience.

Even if they don’t have

They still find a way to give

And to reach out to others.
