The Voice Of A Soldier

 We the soldiers are trained,             

to fight where bullets will be rained,    

we would shed our lives happily,         

but what about the tears of our family. 

We just have the only option of following the orders,

due to which we sometimes fail to save our brothers.

I came alive so I share my story    

which was praised as a great glory.      

I got the medal of being brave        

  by nation standing on soldiers grave.    

I do not see anything great,            

 I couldn't save a brother because I was little late.

There is nothing glorious because,     

 the sight of their death was furious.   

  What about those little eyes         

  which were assured by a liar,           

that their father would come home New Year's prior.

Every situation has a peaceful solution

Which could bring a good revolution

Just due to the nation's so called self respect

They loose their good future's prospect.

Our last wish is only peace

But it seems to cease,

When nations have chance to mease

But they still fight to stand in so called glorious light.

This was a short part of my tragic story  

which they said was full of glory.
