The Unbaked Cake

In the name of pastry, she offered me the whole cake.

That was another thing that it wasn't well baked.

I fell for her when I saw that instead of Tay Tay,

Her playlist was full of Drake.

I promised myself that for her sake,

I'll pay whatever cost it takes.

I thought that she's my soulmate.

But she only used me as a bait.

I never knew that in the skin of a nightingale, she was more of a snake.

I chose the wrong person to date,

All I did was proving myself a stupid male.

I just enjoyed the rain,

Never thought that the consequences will give me pain.

In the name of gains,

She tied me into chains.

Till yesterday my love for her was beyond insane,

Now all I think is how to enhance my hate.

I always thought that we're doing great,

But in the end I realized, she was really fake.

I always thought that it was love that I made,

Now I know, she just wanted to get me naked.

All the stuff in my life is getting shaken,

Waiting for the Christ to do something great.

But oh dear Lord, don't be too late

If happiness got late. I'll drown myself into the lake.
