The speaking mirror

Once, there was a factory,

with good fat fat salary.

Thousands of men worked there,

with fun frolic and fanfare.

They worked very hard,

away from family and ward.

They deserved some fun,

at the time of setting sun.

They didn’t have to go too far,

very near, there was a good bar.

Booze, drugs, betting and babes,

freely flowing, without any barbs.

Owner was a good man,

of factory owner’s clan.

He would give discounts,

payments with easy installments.

On the salary day,

he would make the hay.

Standing with clenched fist,

taking his cut, and passing the rest.

Bar owner is smart and tall,

siphons moolah, equally from all.

He has plans for every person,

people would be left with little pension.

Time just flew by without a trace,

wards too had left to join the rat race.

Men toil all their life without any remuneration,

it is new age slavery with a different definition.

Exploitation is the only place,

where everyone is treated equal.

Caste, creed, color and race,

swindled sequel after sequel.

Men have never been men,

have always shown satanic omen.

Humanity and ecology yell,

they too have same story to tell.

New actors but the same script,

dished out every time with a new text.

It is played over, again and again,

no one is ever happy in the bargain.

We should wake up and take the cue,

no one is going to come for our rescue.

For once, let God explore his entire range,
