The Song of Spiral
The Song of Spiral
It is a spiral,
When you cannot conclude
What is coming
To acknowledge you,
Or perhaps,
To thrash you off all the grounds,
Grounds that you fabricated on your own will.
Grounds can be lashed,
In copious ways.
A subtle, minimalistic approach;
A horrifying statement to catch you off-guard-
And then it is all done for your dream,
Dream that you stayed awake for.
Dream can be torn apart,
In numerous ways.
A menacing and absurd will;
A literal check of the reality-
And then you forget all your promises,
Promises that you kept innocently.
Promises can be broken,
Meant to be, they say.
An insanely invalid mistake;
A slip of tongue and the lack of mistrust-
And then you lie to your determination,
Determination that took you years.
Determination can be sucked out,
In an unexpected dilemma.
A spark of an opposing thought;
A hint of confusion in the void-
And then you have undone your wishes,
Wishes that were seeped deep inside your heart.
Wishes are easier to get ruptured,
They can't hold in the hope, they say.
An indecisive action;
A break in the trust you have built-
And then the curiosity dies,
The curiosity that made you insanely vulnerable.
Curiosity can be banished,
In a rather curious way.
A peek of distraction;
A paranoia of undying doubts-
And then you enter a mysterious spiral,
The spiral that welcomes none.
