The Silent Pluviophile!
The Silent Pluviophile!

The beaded window pane,
A glimpse of the mighty downpour,
The hazy light beams,
The blurry silent dreams
Seems close yet so far!
The rain
Sets in
Shyly with a drizzle,
With a lusty dance
Paves its way
To the orchestra
Of thunderstorms!
The one that evokes
The one that provokes
The one that blesses
And
The one that nourishes!
Brings back old memories
Of paper boats and puddles,
Juicy youth and cosy friends,
Talks of silly clairvoyance,
Old flame of love,
Waiting to burn in passion,
The waltz in the rain
Soaked in romance,
The flavours of finesse,
Garnished with every essence,
The aroma of freshness,
The scent of vigour,
The tinge of a blush,
Petrichor
That encompasses all!
The heart now heaves a sigh,
And breathes a wish,
Old clumsy fingers
Shaking yet strong,
Wipes the glass
To see a colourful view
Of the monochrome life
With energy anew!
