The Reunion
The Reunion
They met after years
Everyone believed that it had all changed
Still their hearts shared same fears
May be with time destiny exchanged
Those eyes stared each other with same shine
They met in silence at a distance
This time he held a rose and she a glass of wine
Yet they could smell the old perfumes frangrance
It was all the same,
Neither he nor she could forget
Their smiles and those silly games
Now both were holding different hands
However their heart skipped a beat
They wished to amend but time slipped like the sand
Because their ego's had occupied a front seat then
They communicated without words so dear
May be it was a toughest reunion party ever
Still there was an unanswered prayer
Which said"may this silent love last forever"
