The Reflection!
The Reflection!
Oh! an awful feeling,
I don't know the way to its healing.
Something strikes me,
The patch which haunts me.
To an extreme, it torments me,
Hitherto, I can't bear as it taunts me.
I ask the shadow what do you want?
Why are you getting on my nerves?
Let me enunciate and make it clear,
At no cost, I'm to fear.
But the goosebumps which I get,
Seeing that reflection of someone makes me go wet.
I crave if I have done a good deed,
Let it take the form of a wreath.
You have left me to shed my tears,
Paving a path full of fears.
But I ask thee,
Why is it only me?
What have I done?
Oh, reflection! Are you doing this only for fun?
