The Rabbit's Race

The Rabbit's Race

The rabbit raced through fields so green,

Fastest runner the world had seen.

He laughed at turtle, slow and small,

"Catch me if you can at all!"

But while he stopped to rest and play,

The turtle kept on her steady way.

She passed him by and crossed the line

Winning the race, one step at a time.

Moral: Slow and steady wins the race.
