The Past, The Present and The Future

The past is soon forgotten,

The present is going on,

The very future that is not known,

Is an unborn song.

The past is a long-lost friend,

The present always has no end,

The future has sudden twists and bends,

As we move gently along.

The past is old, as old as gold,

The present is what we now behold,

The future is the one that is yet to be told,

As long as the circle of life continues...

Even if we grow old!
