THE MOTHERLAND BECOME A DESTROYER
THE MOTHERLAND BECOME A DESTROYER
The Motherland Became a Destroyer
By Sanjay Yadav
Oh my motherland, once full of beauty and grace,
Now I see your tears falling upon every place.
You were once green with hope and care,
But now you burn beneath human despair.
Once rivers sang with the sound of life,
Now they cry with pollution and strife.
The forest that whispered a melody of peace,
Now stands silent, waiting for release.
Oh my motherland, your children forgot your worth,
They dig your heart deep into the earth.
For gold and greed, they turned away,
And made your light fade day by day.
Mountains tremble, oceans roar in pain,
The soil bleeds, calling in vain.
Humans fight for power and pride,
And forget the land where their souls abide.
Oh motherland, you gave us birth,
You carried us softly upon your earth.
But now your beauty turns into ashes,
As violence spreads and compassion crashes.
You gave them rain, you gave them sun,
But now your work seems never done.
They break your trees, they poison your air,
And still they claim they deeply care.
Once you smiled with fields of gold,
Now your stories are bitter and cold.
You raised civilizations high and bright,
Now you weep beneath the fading light.
Oh my motherland, I feel your cry,
I watch your sorrow fill the sky.
Humans fight, destroy, and blame,
But none confess their share of shame.
The temples rise, but hearts grow weak,
No one listens to your voice that speaks.
You cry for peace, but they choose war,
They forget who you truly are.
Motherland, your rivers once were pure,
But now their death seems so sure.
Oceans swallow, storms destroy,
All your balance humans toy.
You are the mother of every race,
Yet humans bring you deep disgrace.
No nation stands without your care,
But none protect your body fair.
Still, you stand strong, though full of scars,
Your beauty hidden among the stars.
Someday humans may understand,
That you are life, this sacred land.
Oh my motherland, forgive our ways,
We’ve lost your love in modern days.
Let peace return, let hearts awake,
Let humans learn from their mistakes.
If only they see your endless pain,
They would love you once again.
Oh motherland, don’t lose your heart,
For one day humans may restart.
