The Midnight Gathering

The Midnight Gathering

1 min
421

The moon is at her peak tonight;

Her shine stands out in the sky.

The green grass in the meadow grew on its own

Which now the fairies’ wands illume.

Rabbits scamper about the flowers

The young ones’ laughter echoing, can be heard for hours.

A steady stream flows beside the swings

A resting boat, leftovers of lunch, and lilies nearby weep.
