The Fix!

The Fix!

When I miss it I’m not really there,

So is now the time to say something clever

Like the world it ruptures with bitterness

I reap up clutching loaded endeavour.

Plastered from this night’s massive scars

Of drink and all my blissful wanton sins

I crave from the bright shining god ridden stars

Which grapple with me to my cultivating daybreak.

Where do I begin as I delve down deeper?

From where I am to start from I’ve surely come

Closer than what I’ve once foreseen within me

My own are a paused longing for the obscene.

Memories twist with lambasted lingered dreams

Slowly primed for a hopeful crescendo’ed stop,

Before motion strikes its evil devil cord

Caution will find me where I’ve always been.
