The Eve In Ninety Days

A waft caressed my derm,

Leaving behind an emotional grim.

Feeling the greens under my sole,

I could barely stand still.

Twilight gave me an oomph,

Aura around me swiftly turned cool.

The chirrup of the birds returning to their nests,

Made me realise that this eve was the best. 

Apprehension was oozing out,

My cumber was being taken away.

Nature around made me alive again,

It was the eve in ninety days.
