The Daughter of Fire

The Daughter of Fire

The Fire Born Princess

The Holy Godess

 Pride of the Pandava

 Friend of Madhava

 My tales reached the masses

 But the cries went unheard

Cause I was the major of the war' causes

My Birth was plan to revenge my father clan

In Swayamavar saw the mighty Partha

dressed as a saint

With whom i was excited to acquaint

The respected mother of the Pandavas asked me to shared

Mother's word are equal to god my beloved declared

I was to marry all of them

My fate had decided

Never once in it all Arjuna chided

I was hailed as the Lucky bride

Of the kuru clan I was pride

How was I supposed to know my smile won't last a mile

The doomed game was now in session

The upholder of dharma lost his possession

Drag her by hair the uncouth one declared

Humiliated in the court even my soul wasn't spared

The elders and learned kept quiet

Hundered's of eyes but none to see my plight

My husband's had their head bowed

Helplessness in their eyes clearly showed

Called out To Govind to put my misery to end

Indeed was he an true friend

We lost the palace lost our peace

But our sorrows were just about to increase

12 years spend in exile

The unjust rejoiced while

My fate was supposed to be happy feature

Wouldn't have agreed if I knew my futuure

The mighty Pandavas were now mere servant

But to my plight they were still unobservant

Soon the tesing times ended We learnt our lessons bitter n Sweet

We're prepared for Adharam to defeat

The war' begun the pillage came undone

Adharma was finally condemn

Arjun was guided by the cowherd

Abhimanyu become the victim of cowards

Millions killed on both side

Blamed was the pandav bride

The bringer of war I was called

My pride and anger were the root cause

The doomed queen I was

Lost my son and my brother

Greatest curse for a sister and mother

Blamed and shamed I could only cry

Did my loss had no price

Years from now it will be a cautionary tale

Women cause war they'll say

Does justice for us has no importance

Or Cause it aggresses to society's accordance
