The Cycle...

Birth I took with tears;

Tears that made my parents smile;

Smile openly from their hearts;

Hearts that love me more than the world;

World that has so many people;

People who may or may not know me;

Me who is my own inspiration;

Inspiration that I take by observing the nature;

Nature that has so much to give;

Give lots of happiness and pleasure;

Pleasure that lasts forever;

Forever was what I wanted with you;

You who gave me the reason to laugh;

Laugh without really caring;

Caring that was your nature;

Nature that stole my soul;

Soul that was alone;

Alone till you and me became "we";

We that were inseparable;

Inseparable as the stars and sky;

Sky that reminds me of our love;

Love that we just felt;

Felt in the middle of pain;

Pain that was never hidden from each other;

Other things did not matter;

Matter of concern was just "us";

Us who did not want to get separated;

Separated by the orthodox beliefs;

Beliefs that were pointless;

Pointless used to be our conversations;

Conversations that never had an end;

End that was undesirable;

Undesirable was our partition;

Partition that made us suffer;

Suffer that much that we broke;

Broke like a glass on the floor;

Floor filled with shattered pieces;

Pieces of two hearts that wept;

Wept till it killed them to death;

Death that liberated them;

Them who were meant to be together;

Together to live, die and again take a birth!!
