That Winter Evening

It was a cool winter evening.

I was sitting on a cement bench and smoking a cigarette,

watching the wind blowing the tree limbs,

enjoying the beauty of nature.

She was walking slowly in the moonlight,

Her steps were like the dance steps.

The lub-dub of my heart was increasing with the tingling sounds of her anklet,

A thrill passed through my body,

I felt like I was mesmerized.

It was one of the most amazing feelings.

Just a glance at her made my heartbeats faster and lets me feel her.

A silent love started developing in me by degrees.

Suddenly she came to me,

Advised me to stop smoking,

Whispered some words of love near my ear,

Closed her eyes with shame,

And waited for my response.

I replied positively 

Yes, I Love You,

Love you more than anything in this world.
