That Night
That Night

I was standing alone that night
To assuage my mounted pain
To curb my unprecedented strain
In the battle of struggle, there was a single fight.
Stars were dazzling with glimmering oozes
The wind was blowing to find its destination
And touching me softly to perish my affliction
My meticulous efforts were there to explore the moon's presence.
There were ample silence and tranquillity
Only leaves were rustling
Dews was apparently shining
Everything was like a panacea to my adversity.
Suddenly someone's voice vanished everything
That was the best gift of that night to digest sorrows
My father gripped my hands and wiped off my rolling tears
On the blue bed, the moon and stars were smiling.
His presence disappeared all anguish of my life
As he convinced my life is made of smile and strife.
