That Chaos
That Chaos
Here, I stand waist-deep,
in this chaos,
letting go of the daggers,
letting go of the guns,
try to keep my head,
on the right level,
but I fail,
Because this chaos reigns over me.
Deep under water,
holding my breath,
counting to a million,
slipping,
as the unconsciousness comes with stealth,
find its way,
into my being,
but fails to enter my soul,
but when do I release it all,
letting it all go,
As I feel myself slipping underwater.
Oh! I see that sunlight,
but it can't reach me anymore,
too deep,
I am,
too fast asleep,
my voice,
can't reach anyone anymore,
nobody's ears hear the sound,
Not even a small whisper,
because even for the sunlight,
That chaos was too deep.
