I would gaze at the sun for a little bit of eternity.

I would-

Because sunlight breathes new hope into all she caresses with her lips.

I would-

If only to witness the altercation of those floating dust particles into light-bedazzled lovers dancing into the night with the sun's parting rays framing their smile-clad faces like a halo.

I would;

Just so she can blind me and find a home in my eyes-

So whenever I look into the dark menacing abyss I stand at the edge of,

I find myself unafraid to let go and jump,

The previous bottomless abyss being tinted-

Incandescent and halcyon with her seven vivid colours;

Dimly lit with hope she showers.

I would-

Only for the grey of the world to remain dyed for a tad bit longer.

I would-

Just so I never forget that darkness is the prelude to the crescendo of light.
