The most dangerous thing in the world is a fake smile

Only chaos is found in those emotions piled

Tears flown are at-least liberating

They let out the grief that within your heart you are suppressing

But most threatening emotion of all is a fictitious smile

One which is delusive and just gets everyone riled

Its saddest part isn’t that it is heart-breaking

Grimmest thing is that no one knows how badly your soul is aching

The smile wrapped in grief, devastation and depression

The unnoticed anger and hatred giving rise to aggression

And yet the frown is always upside down

At your own fallacy, the world is astound

All you can do is laugh at your helplessness

When you are drowning in hopelessness

You choose to take the high road and remain silent

As the storm within you becomes more and more violent

And every time a small part of you dies

In every smile which didn’t reach your eyes…
