She calls it peace
She calls it peace
It is cold, very cold
Freezing temperatures
A mild drizzle unaware
She stands silently
Like a statue
Under the isolated tree
All about her come to see
Why such depth of silence
All are wonderstruck who is she
So very sweet and lovely
Her eyes don't blink like a statue
Looking into the daylight distance
No one knows where
Yet her mission
Is just to draw
A large searching crowd
Which comes to see
Her blankly
Looking towards the horizon
Mind blank totally
Some are mesmerized
Many smiles
She has a silent demeanor
Yet she conveys
Why this war and trouble
Then ups her umbrella
Mission complete
It now snows incessantly
She has done her piece
