Where The Beauty Hides Itself
Where The Beauty Hides Itself
A man was walking on his way,
With empty belly and busy eyes.
On his lips song of beautiful memories.
On way he saw a woman,
He stopped for a while, and with a sigh
He continued.
What a creature of God she is!
Whence did she get those eyes!
And how deformed her face!
And the colour how dreadful!
Suddenly he paused again.
A cat was on her lap breathing last.
To a nearby pool she ran fetching some water.
The little creature hard sipped to regain life.
But it lasted not, left her with sob and tears.
Under the shadow held she the last rites.
Her eyes tender in grief were heavy.
What a beautiful creature of God she is, the man smiled.
