Shall We?

Shall we go a little further where egos disappear?

A little further where trust is mutual.

Shall we tread where happiness dwells,

A little on the side where sorrow cannot be seen?

Shall we eat a little more responsibly,

Grow our food with more compassion and energy?

Shall we desist from arrogant greed?

Let us give love and affinity a deep hug.

Shall we stop deforesting for our needs?

And stop more industrializing and expanding?

Shall we not look beyond convenience

And search for better answers to our living?

Shall we not make a world really unique,

Just like it really is the one and only?

Just like it is not your, not mine 

but our home truly?
