Love Below A Gulmohar Tree

I laid below the wide canopy of grand Gulmohar,

When it blossomed love!

Just like when you caressed my face

With your soft delicate palms,

I felt it magical between the cool breeze

And small chirping birds.

I loved when I laid on your cosy lap,

Just here before few days,

Reminiscing our love soaked whispers,

Now reverberating in my calm ears.

I love these chimes tingling in my ears,

& a beautiful curtain of sweet smile

Drapes my face!
