School Days

Sitting like a king on long wooden  bench,

Outside the window there is shower of rain drench.

Where my friends are there without worries,

Today I'm recalling my olden school memories.

Starting from the hall to sing morning prayer,

Enter in the class and arrange teacher chair.

Make thousand faces when see order of timetable,

Today I want to go back, my heart is unstable.

Boring lectures are far, next is the recess break,

"Hurry up", say bestie as I bought chocolate cake.

Feels pain in head because maths lecture is next,

Everything is lost only memories are 

left.

Remembrance of class, of teachers, of friends,

My heart is crying because my life was that.

Today I'm elder as my emotions are  hid,

What is life I learnt when I was small  kid.
