Rush Hour

Rush Hour

3 mins
411

Once upon a time

Life was still but full of happiness

No Smart Phones, no Internet, no 4-lane highways

No capacity to eat at hotel, buy car or a branded dress

But plenty of time for each other, to meet and greet in person

Plenty of space to play games with friends, or for picnic in a garden

Eager to visit temples, read Shastras, attend kirtan, watch Ramayana

Life was exciting, adventurous and joyous despite lack of prosperity.

In contrast,

Everyone in a hurry now

All cross the traffic signal at the same time from all sides.

Office goer honks angrily at the auto driver for coming in front.

Manager asks the entire team to work overtime for deadline.

Govt asks the Manufacturers to make speedily all the weapons.

From 3-month baby to 93-year old addicted to Twitter, FB, WhatsApp, Tubes

Everyone running after happiness, money, career, power or sex

All in the name of duty, dharma, material prosperity, popularity and protection

Trapped by the rush of time, technology, and tasks

We have time for everything, from luxury to duties

We were at least connected with God earlier in some way

But now we have even forgot our creator

No time for God in this rat race of life.

No time to stand and pray.

No time to take a pause and listen to the inner call.

Humanity at a unforeseen cross-road now.

Suffering from acute disorders from AIDS to Depression.

A doubt arises:

Have we really grown up, or experienced any real human growth?

When our consciousness has d

egraded to do animalistic acts

Can we pause and stop this rush hour life?

Hour of God is passing away in front of us

All should ask themselves:

Are you rushing to meet the God in this gifted life?

Are you honking to meet the creator of yours at least once?

Are you asking your different parts of your being to focus?

Are you setting any deadline for those parts: Mind, Body and Emotions?

Have you made them aware that there is a God silently sitting within?

Have you asked the nature's elements of Mind-Body-Emotion complex to listen?

When will they listen to the God present within?

How long will they take to be governed by the God within?

How far will they take you to be animalistic from human level?

When will they make psychic pause and look within?

When will they allow God to grow within, permanently?

When every element of humans stop rushing for illusory things:

Money, Power, Career, Sex, Wealth and Prestige

But starts rushing for Divine Goal - the Real thing...

When starts honking at God's vehicle within every moment.

To allow your foot soldiers to listen and act for God.

Time to pause our Rush Hours and years.

Time to use our past as a springboard to Realisation.

Work to integrate the outer with the inner beings.

Allow the Soul to grow spontaneously every moment.

Time to find the real meaning and purpose of rush hours.

Are we ready for the Hour of God?

We must prepare ourselves for the Hour of God,

With complete faith, love and surrender for Almighty.
