Sounds

It is always a wonder to hear,

The First Cry of a child – Koham;

As he wants to know “Who am I”?

World tells him he is just a name, profession;

That he is a money making force.

Then he listens to various sounds,

Of parents, friends, spouse and children;

Of bees, bells, and birds;

Of cats, conchs, crickets and cheetahs.

Of prayers, songs, and chants;

Of noise, fights, quarrels, and guns;

Of phones, horns and shouting bosses.

Years passed by.

He forgets why he came here.

He is known by his nature and persona,

And name, fame and power.

He considers them as real existence,

He tells himself “Soham” or “He is that” only,

He has not got his answers to first cry.

Divine gives many chances to awaken him and talk to him,

But he declines all offer.

But one day a small spark from the Divine ignites that question,

At that time he takes a pause, and introspects;

He is not a name, not a family man, not a career guy,

He is not here to make money and wealth.

What is he? Why is he doing all these years?

Running after huge gigantic illusions?

Then The Divine tells him in Absolute Silence: “He is That”

He is That Eternal, The Brahma,

Not a mere formation of Ego and Desire.

He must listen to his inner voice-

The Sound of Silence

The Sound of Brahma

The Sound of OM

The Sound of Krishna or Kali

The Sound of Inner Mantra

The Sound of Divine, seated within our heart.

OM is the sound of foundation of all sounds,

An Extra-ordinary Sound,

Sound of the whole universe

Sound of the Supreme

Language of the Gods and Goddesses.

With which Gods communicate in silence,

Only word that creates vibration in the eternity,

We must start listening not to the external ear

But to that Inner soul, inner spirit, the true God seated within.

As a child of Infinity Supreme,

We should always listen to that faint sound OM

And communicate with our Real Friend within.

Only through Silence we can communicate with Him,

Because the moment we utter a sound;

It creates and sends force around itself,

Only positive and divine sounds

Connects us with our soul element;

Enlighten and elevate our Consciousness

Silence is the only atmosphere where Gods communicate

Let us communicate in this Silence of Sounds with the Supreme.
