Rise
Rise
Twilight drops down her curtain slowly and silently
I behold the golden-grains of moments in eyes with tranquillity
Head bows in gratitude with the evening prayer
To the benevolent creator of life, extraordinaire
I rest my head on a velvety night
And open my eyes' curtain with the golden rays of hope, so bright
When the golden-orb blooms and erases the darkness of my blues
The dawn spreads out her crimson arms and unfurls life's hues
As it sprinkles colors of light on me, that rests
The birds of dreams and hope sing and leave my nest
The golden hues caress my earth
Surely, it gives me a ray of mirth.
It kindles the warmth and passion to my soul,
And I get the divine bliss and enlightenment the whole
Then I slide my silhouette away from the night,
And born for a purpose to rise to radiant every color bright!
