Ram And Ravaan
Ram And Ravaan
I don't compete with Lord Ram,
I don't compete with Ravaan.
Yes,
I can't compete,
But when My inner Ravaan,
That crosses the limit
Of all atrocities and immorality,
The soul generates Ram
Who comes with
His arrows and bow to annihilate.
Yes,
Ram comes and warns
Ravaan to flinch,
Tries umpteen times
To teach the lesson of life.
Sitting on the throne,
When Ravaan becomes recalcitrant, Ram with all His dexterity
Tries to explain.
Holding a swell heart,
Ravaan challenges Ram
To fight and prove.
Ram, with His vigour fights with the demon and assassinates the evil.
Yes, witnessing everything,
I genuflect Ram
And the God vanishes.
When my eyes fall on
The dead body of Ravaan,
His soul mocks at me,
Pronouncing, 'how many times your God would come to protect you,
How many times,
He would kill me on dussehra,
I would take birth every time whenever you would do injustice,
Whenever you would be immoral?'
Holding my heart beat,
I flinch and whisper to my soul,
'Oh! My saviour,
Wouldn't you send Lord Ram every time, when I will be in peril,
Wouldn't you send,
Give me answer?'
