Quiescent

I was four walking on a shiny floor

Suddenly everything stopped

Except me rubbing my nose

I rub my eyes like a dumb

And started licking my thumb

There was a shine in my eyes

 I started to pick everything I like

Whether marshmallows, cotton Candies, lollipops or ice

Everything was seeming so nice

The place was very cold

So I ate a hotpot

 I took hundreds of chocolates

And intake a lot of proteins, fats and carbohydrates

 It was weird yet funny 

As I dressed like a bunny

 I went to the park and play 

And made toys out of clay

 All the day went like this

But I was missing my mom's kiss

 

Unanticipatedly I fell and hurt myself

The blood was running out of my wounds

But nobody was there to hear my weeping sound

I was feeling too helpless as the day was seeming so endless

Suddenly, I heard my daddy's voice 

 Then I realised I was dreaming

 Everything was so heartwarming

But the end was overwhelming

I went to the kitchen and kissed my mom

Then hugged my dad who was working on the phone

 

That day I realised the value of family and mankind
