Perfectly me

I looked into the mirror 

and I was trying to find out the woman 

who is perfect, who is flawless and fearless..

Sorry me, I didn’t find her ..

But in that quest, I found someone 

Although not perfect but real 

and full of pride, perfectly me

that woman who lives within me.

I found the woman who has such beautiful face,

Although she curses herself for the mistakes she ever made..

I found the strong woman,

who has more strength that she could ever know 

although she had the pain she could never show..

I found a woman who is driven to succeed 

A woman whom people would follow wherever She might lead..

I found a woman who turned a house of bricks in home sweet home

Although she had to struggle a lot to make a place of her own..

I found a woman who never gives up on her dreams 

A woman who put her life together that was ripped apart at the seams 

I found a woman who stands up for what’s right 

A woman who never gave up anything without a fair fight 

I found a woman who gives hope to those that have lost their way 

A woman who always prays for the love and happiness to stay..

I finally figured myself out and now I can be me 

I don't care what others think,
