One evening at the beach

The sky was shining 

With saffron shades,

And tides were breaking 

their entities at our feet.

Drowning our sorrows

In the salty sapphire water,

We were laughing and dancing

To the oceanic beat.

We were walking hand in hand

You turned towards me,

And your lips 

Were at my lips' reach.

After so much work

Although the day was tiresome,

One evening spent well

With you at the beach.
