Old Melody
Old Melody
He and she meet at twilight
When grand children enjoy the kite
While they watch their grand offsprings,
Some memories have come to sing,
As somewhere so long ago,
There was a song of the two.
Though just sitting on the bench,
Hearts of theirs begin to dance,
They've known each other ever since
The moment they took the first chance,
As the two do the tango,
Pity are we who never know.
For the magic of the past,
Hits their hearts like pin of dart,
They are not young any longer,
Yet feeling like still in kinder,
Old music is played anew,
New spark is starting to glow.
