Guess I'm Jaded Because I've Seen It

Seen The Love That Could Turn So hatred 

Seen The Faithful Give In To Weakness

Seen The Heart turn So Cold You Can Feel It

Seen a promise means nothing

Seen the truth behind reality

Felt the cold air of one's kiss reveal the bull-shitness of it all

Seen the lies in one's eyes as they spoke them poisonous words 

As I bit into the apple many times like a replayed scene in a movie

I never really cared if it killed me mentally

I just checked out but my body is still here yearning for some type of completeness some kind of wholeness 

But when you've seen Married one a committed one a bound Hand 

Speak upon a presence of one, not of other significantly
