Bending like willows circumventing air around

Building castles and forts in a moment of test

Dismantling altogether not stopping to ever rest

 

Nothing but the truth reveals the history of mankind

In throes of evolution or comprehending mind

Lines thin yet built across the lands and moors

Maneuvering its way through windows and doors

 

Nothing but the truth voiced our values eons ago

Empires of stone and rocks in architectural rows 

Crumbled to dust, mammoth reigns and rulers

Glories lost, valor’s dimmed, great tales fewer

 

Nothing but the truth emblazoned across skies to be seen

Quest for unexplored lands where none has ever been

Where no man ever went so did not any living creature

Yet the search for truth and its discovery is the final feature

 

Nothing but the truth floating in the silent subconscious

Nestling pearls of its kind enigmatic, rare and precious

Metaphors no matter how many exist or have been made

None exist without the ultimate truth as expressed or laid

 

Nothing but the truth somewhere somehow is known to all

Appears in different hues and colors, matters big or small

The truth shall ultimately reign supreme majestic and calm
