Nightmare
Nightmare
Sunk in deep sands in scorching summer of the desert
Fluctuating sleep schedule
Sweating, sweltering, shaking from inside
My breath going haywire
My shadow dares me to scare
And takes me to an unknown valley of the departed
Where apparitions are better than humans
For their ability to disappear and not to disguise as demons
Lost in horrific hallucinations
All spoon me hard
I am torn into shards
Their desire to keep me in their mystical ward
And my compulsion to come back to my yard.
