Oh! Lord, all those mystical creatures

Radiating an aura of suspense

I was enrapt by glow in their faces

As if they had their stories to narrate

In a way that they never had

Because of the fact that

They never felt that sense of

Security to confide their inner feelings

As I let them open up

They surprised me with their tales

Of struggles and success

Arousing a sense of eternal respect

For them irrespective of their appearances
