My Princess Serah

 

On a cold winter morning when the sun rose and the little birds began to sing, 

The grass swayed with grace, the winter breeze whispered about the good news of a little fairy who in my arms will find solace,

With hair black as ebony and cheeks pink and rosy. My darling angel was born with a dimpled smile.

Who will make me forget my worries as I cross every mile.

My baby angel was special and brought the message of love. 

Oh,how I look at her and feel peaceful as a dove.

As you grow up my angel in my love and care you taught me to be happy. 

Only because of you I fight

Forgiveness is what I ask from you wherever I lack and fail.

I know we have a big ocean ahead of us but a small boat to sail.

I promise to take you to a place free from worries someday,

Tears roll down my cheeks everytime I see you grow as I have so many things to say. 

With highest gratitude I thank thee almighty, for giving me my angel, my Serah. 

It is truly said a daughter will be your best friend, 

Who will love you unconditionally and broken hearts she'll mend.
