My Existence

Mine a plea for justice or a verdict of punishment 

Accused am I and convicted too

Judge I am and a Lawyer too

I am the murderer and a victim too

Who will acquit me and who will convict me 

Serpents in my veins Snakes flowing in the blood 

And you expect love from a dying feeble heart

The nectar became poison and the honey now venom 

Heartbeats of mine applaud the foes

Where did I wronged and to whom I did well 

Tongue-tied with chains but silence is not allowed

Statues of mine erected but spit in darkness

Rivers flowing in gushes but to be contained 

Sweet-scented air but not to breathe 

Beautiful meadows everywhere but cant be tread

Dewdrops dancing but cant be watched 

If life is lifeless then why it is called life 

What is my existence ..sometimes I ask myself
