My dear comrades

Little by little

We started a silent journey

Fighting out our turbulent times

We learnt to live

We learnt to befriend

We learnt to grow

And we learnt to let go

My dear comrades

we strived the horrendous rains

the summers and the winters

Time moved at its own speed

silence disguised the bond

despite the thorny paths

unanswered questions

and angry phases

we are moving ahead

but do remember

we all are in this together 

My dear comrades

distance could not shatter

our bond which is eternal

Timeless and shapeless

however, it may seem

but the strength of an ocean

this friendship carries

We shall meet soon

to relive those memories

and to hear out once again

our uncontrollable laughter

 like ever before
