Motherland

My motherland is a beautiful place

With rivers flowing from its head to toe

With seas surrounding it right and left

And the ocean oh so big

With mountains, plains and plateaus

And deserts and ghats

My motherland is filled with diversity

In its flora and fauna

With exotic marine life

Coexisting with the harsh desert conditions

My motherland is a beautiful place

And we are responsible to maintain it's beauty.
