Misery In The Sea!

When I look into the deep sea,

I see the sorrows of refugees.

They were forced to leave their homes,

Due to the rising sea.

When I look into the sea,

I see the ignorance of human beings.

Who just couldn’t see the problems,

That climate change brought.

When I look into the deep sea,

I look at the bones of species,

Gone extinct due to plastic and over-fishing,

None of us can see their beauty.

When I look into the deep sea,

I see grievances and misery,

Which could have been avoided,

If humans have ever cared.

When I look into the deep sea,

I see the unity of water, waves.

If we had such unity,

None of these problems would have arisen.
