Mirror

I look at myself in the mirror and I see her.

A beautiful talented girl with so many ideas. 

I look twice and I see her.

A girl with a torn-out mask fails to hide her true self.

I look thrice in the mirror and I see her.

A girl who hated who she has become and wants to end it all.

I look for the 4th time in the mirror and I see her.

A girl questioning her existence, and her self-worth.

I look for the final time and I see her.

A girl who is broken yet unbroken. Wanting all of it to stop. 

To just stop

But when I go out, I look in the mirror once again

And I see a beautiful talented girl masking everything

Beautifully.
