Master Of One
Master Of One
In the fight of being the One,
Amidst the bounds of reality;
Passed a plethora of dreams,
In the Pandora's box of mind.
It was a vigorous spirit,
That uplifted the choices;
But probably created chaos,
Enough to get perplexed.
And then a decision made,
As in parallel with the masses;
Flying in the direction,
Where the wind blew.
And with compassion
Endeavored the heart,
Realizing the force to be
Jack of all but Master of none.
But that was never a conclusion,
Not the end that desired;
It was the soul within,
That fought against all opposed,
And won the race,
And became the Master of One.
The One that perpetuated,
Nurtured with passion,
Grew from a bud to flower,
A child to a person of desire.
And followed success,
Making the recognition,
A persona, a role model,
And an identity that firmed.
